Hard 90 Speed and agility class will run Tuesday nights from 8-9pm, this class is for players ages 13-18. This will be a 4 week program.
Speed and agility are crucial parts of playing baseball at a high level. Whether it's stealing a base or ranging for a ball in the field, a quick first step and a high top speed is what separates the great players from the good players.
Improve top sprint speed
Faster first step (acceleration)
Improve flexibility and durability
Improved on field performance
Each class will consist of:
Dynamic warmup to improve durability and flexibility
A wide range of plyometric exercises that will improve explosiveness, acceleration
Footwork exercises to improve agility
Core exercises to improve balance, strength, and overall athleticism
